These laws were introduced as part of a concerted effort by the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU).

1:30 Discussion of Change Management within Organizations and How it Affects Individuals

Two representatives of the Minnesota Change Management Network will explore the topic of change management. They will examine "both sides" of  the issue of change. First by examining how can change be addressed in a pragmatic fashion in the organizational context. But the flip side is how change can be managed by individuals in the work context, but also in the personal context such as through changes in lifestyle such a changing jobs, starting a family, or retirement.
