Hello!

Thank you for your interest in this year's Legal Research Institute session on Legislative History  Research.  In this session taught by Liz Reppe, Minnesota State Law Librarian, participants will learn about  the process of doing Minnesota legislative history research, including what resources are available (print and online), what information they contain, and where to find them. She will also include a discussion of where else to look for information when legislative documents do not exist, or do not provide the detail you are seeking.

Cost: The cost to attend the live class is $50; student fee is $35.  Attendees who want to view this session via webcast, $35; student fee via webcast, $10.  Currently enrolled MN law school students will get a complimentary link to the streaming webcast from their institutions; no registration required.  No meal included with the remote view.  

For those attending the live sessions, a meal will be provided thanks to a generous donation by Thomson Reuters.  Please make one meal choice for each date you attend.

Box lunch will be delivered to the conference room at 5:15.  Gluten-free options are also available. You may choose one of the following:

• Vegetable Sandwich:  Chevre, bell pepper, tomato, onion, arugula, basil, zucchini, provolone, vinaigrette on multigrain focaccia.

• Grilled Chicken Sandwich: Amish chicken, fresh mozzarella, tomato, Sicilian onions, greens, aioli on piccolo onion focaccia.

• Roast Turkey Avocado Sandwich: Tomato, provolone, red onion, greens, aioli on multigrain.

• Italian Hero Sandwich: Genoa salami, ham, provolone, roasted peppers, pepperoncini, tomato, romaine, aioli, vinaigrette on piccolo onion focaccia.

• Caesar Salad: Romaine, house-made Caesar dressing, croutons, pecorino Romano.

• Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad: Amish chicken, romaine, house-made Caesar dressing, croutons, pecorino Romano. 

• Balsamic Chicken with Strawberries Salad: Amish chicken, greens, local goat cheese, walnuts, balsamic vinaigrette.

• Fresh Mozzarella and Vegetable Salad: Grape tomato, asparagus, ceci beans, carrot, zucchini, onion, romesco sauce.
