This year, you can learn about:
* Navigating the NEW Minnesota Judicial Branch webpage (finding those instructions and court forms) and a quick look at the new and revised Minnesota State Law Library webpage * Making appropriate referrals and avoiding the unauthorized practice of law * Protecting yourself and defusing the disruptive customer-have a plan! * What is the Conciliation (small claims) Court experience really like?
